【Role Overview】
In this dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Rust Engineer to
join our team. As a significant contributor, you will play a key role in our
Web3 platform, delivering premium derivatives trading and risk management
products for both retail and institutional traders.
With a rich history of crafting traditional finance and Web3 products, we are
on a mission to bring financial independence to the masses.

complexities and challenges of fintech, DLT, and Web3 technologies. As a Rust
Engineer, you will be instrumental in building APIs and librariesthat unify,
enhance, and transform user experiences across our platform.
【Responsibilities】
- Ability to design and implement secure, reliable, and efficient software
backend services
- Ability to independently debug problems involving the network and operating
system
- Assume technical responsibility of complex backend systems and identify
opportunities for improvement
- Create programs and software using Rust
- Facilitate specific functions by integrating third-party software
components, libraries, and programs
- Evaluate, debug, improve, and update software written with Rust
- Maintain and improve existing Rust codebases
- Be willing to pick up additional technology stacks such as Bitcoin,
Ethereum, web3.js, etc., when required
【Requirements】
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years experience with Linux, modern backend (e.g., microservices)
technologies, and cloud platforms(AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment
- Working experience with Rust development
- Working experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies
- Working experience with container technologies: Docker, CRI-O, containerd
- Proficient in messaging platforms: RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ
- Proficient in databases: SQL, PostgreSQL
- Proficient in cache design: Redis
【Pluses (Optional but Preferred)】
- Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
- Experience working with fintech, DLT, and/or trading systems
- Experience in Web3 ecosystems/infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math/Statistics,
Operations Research, Physics, or related fields
