In this dynamic environment, we are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join
our team. As a significant contributor, you will play a key role in our Web3
platform, delivering premium derivatives trading and risk management products
for both retail and institutional traders.

technologies. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in

【Responsibilities】
- In-depth experience using Ansible (or similar tools) to manage environments
with hundreds of servers. Experience designing complex static/dynamic
inventories, variable structures, and playbooks
- In-depth experience supporting Linux servers in large, secure, and highly
available 24/7 environments
- Experience with common system administration scripting languages such as
Bash and Python
Deep understanding of networking and security best practices
【Requirements】
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as DevOps or related roles
- Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment
- Proficiency in at least one systems language: C++, Java, Go, or Python
- Experience with large-scale, multi-region service platforms
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Experience building deployment pipelines with common CI/CD tools
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation,
etc.)
- Strong security awareness and focus on incorporating secure design
principles
【Pluses (Optional but Preferred)】
- Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
- Experience working with fintech, DLT, and/or trading systems
- Experience in Web3 security, including smart contract audits, formal
verification, validator node management, wallet security, and key management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math/Statistics,
Operations Research, Physics, or related fields
