【Role Overview】
In this dynamic environment, we are seeking an experienced Smart Contract
Engineer to join our team. As a significant contributor, you will play a key
role in our Web3 platform, delivering premium derivatives trading and risk
management products for both retail and institutional traders.
With a rich history of crafting traditional finance and Web3 products, we are
on a mission to bring financial independence to the masses.

Smart Contracts Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building robust
APIs and libraries that harmonize, elevate, and revolutionize user
experiences across our platform.
【Responsibilities】
- Design, implement, and deploy smart contracts that meet rigorous audit
requirements
Write highly readable, optimized, and secure code backed by a comprehensive
test suite
- Collaborate with other developers, security auditors, and stakeholders to
ensure the quality and security of smart contracts
- Work closely with leadership, product teams, and auditors to review
potential vulnerabilities and write documentation on these systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest EVM and SVM releases, developer tooling,
and exploits
【Requirements】
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience, with 2+ years of smart contract
development in Solidity on Ethereumor any EVM-based chain; or 2+ years of
smart contract development in Rust on Solana or any SVM-basedchain
- Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment
- Experience with production deployments of non-trivial protocols and
associated security audits
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, common vulnerabilities, EVM,
and SVM
- Experience with developer tools for smart contract development (e.g.,
Hardhat, Foundry)
- Passion for collaborating with other developers, security auditors, and
stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically remote
teams, partners, and community members
【Pluses (Optional but Preferred)】
- Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
- Familiarity with full-stack software development (frontend/backend)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math/Statistics,
Operations Research, Physics, or related fields
