don't invite anybody else.'"
Richard Jefferson: "Exactly! Once we started putting it together, we realized
we needed to reach out to the other guys. So we started making calls. But you
try coordinating a vacation for a dozen grown men in their late 30s with kids
and businesses. It's impossible."
Richard Jefferson: "Yeah. Delly and Shump were able to make it work, but they
had to come a few days late after the Finals wrapped up. But guys like Kyrie,
Jordan McRae, Timofey Mozgov—there was no snub. We reached out, but
schedules just didn't align. There is absolutely nothing but love for Kyrie
and every single guy on that roster. We won a championship together. We're
brothers for life."
