昨天在小武哥節目中有來賓問到
「原來背信罪不能上訴到三審？」
意思代表什麼？
小武哥解釋：
如果這個案子一路打
假設其他地方二審判完以後 如果背信還是一樣被判有罪
那其他的案子就算上訴，
因為背信只能打到二審 不能上訴三審，等於二審直接定讞
所以背信定讞的部分(2.6年)就會直接先執行
其他另案上訴的再打
