很多年前，台灣的舶來品，扣掉關稅造成的差距後，售價還是美國的兩三倍
這個是因為台灣過去保障進口商的專賣權，只有代理商能夠在台灣專賣品
牌商品，所以各國可以有自己不同的定價
後來，台灣開放真品平行輸入，代理商沒有專賣權了，自此舶來品的價錢就
下來了，甚至有代理商自己也做水貨商，百貨公司賣一個價錢，另外在網路
上用另一個公司的名義來銷售，用的是另一個價錢
想買貴的，就去百貨公司買，想買便宜的，就到網路上買
所以藥價差要怎麼處理？開放藥品可以自由進口就好了
