Cliffwater LLC is facing redemption requests in excess of 7% from its flagship
private credit fund, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The $33 billion Cliffwater Corporate Lending Fund is structured as an interval
fund, requiring it to repurchase up to 5% of its shares each quarter if inves
tor requests meet that threshold. If redemptions exceed 5%, Cliffwater has dis
cretion to repurchase as much as 7% of outstanding shares.
據知情人士透露，另類投資公司 Cliffwater LLC 旗下的旗艦私人信貸基金正接獲超過 7
% 的贖回請求。
這檔規模達 330 億美元的「Cliffwater 企業貸款基金」（Cliffwater Corporate Lendi
ng Fund）屬於間隔型基金（Interval Fund）。根據其結構規定，若投資者的請求達到門
