不過路透記者有去找美國官員核實一下賴的說法，
所以重點是這一段：
"A U.S. official said Lai's statement that
negotiations were continuing was "accurate".
"The interim rate is lower than the original rate,
and it's much lower than that of several other
major trading partners with ongoing negotiations.
We can interpret this as Taiwan's offer being
well received and being close to a final agreement,"
said the official who declined to be identified
given the sensitivity of the issue.
大致上應該可以總結：
（1）啊 interim rate 就比較低了啊還吵
（2）賴的聲明內容還算精確
（3）美方應該覺得台灣的offer不錯，所以協議接近完成
