該命令停止了川普對中國徵收的30%關稅、對從墨西哥和加拿大進口的部分商品徵收的25%
關稅，以及對進入美國的大部分商品徵收的10%普遍關稅。然而，這項裁決不影響對汽車
、汽車零件、鋼鐵或鋁材徵收的25%關稅，這些關稅是依據《1962年貿易擴張法》第232條
（與川普援引的更廣泛貿易行動所依據的法律不同）徵收的。

對日本汽車徵收的25%關稅應該是引用Trade Expansion Act of 1962
所以不在這次法院阻止的範圍內，偏偏汽車製造業對日本又是最重要的。
不過日經現在還是漲了差不多500點，可能是再加墨生產組裝的可以繞過吧。
