SEC/司法部把他當受害人而已
所以Torre特地給ESPN發聲明

(他們一開始的資料來源根本就不是那個檢舉 不過這是後話)
但是 吹哨者是跟SEC檢舉 然後SEC根本沒起訴Ballmer
所以要馬連金管會也是Ballmer開的
要馬就覺得這部分吹哨者在唬爛
