Paul Pierce on Colin Cowherd comments saying Jaylen Brown has a disease of think
ing he’s the smartest guy in the room, that’s why he got traded:
“This is gotta be the lamest sh*t of a excuse of somebody to get traded of all-
time. When Luka got traded I understood it, “Oh he didn’t do this, he’s out o
f shape.” You know, when like big names get traded it’s always something that
comes out. You’re the smartest guy in the room, he believes that? And his analy
tics didn’t add up? But they won 50 plus games and they was second in the East,
you hear what I’m saying? These are the reasons he supposedly left a sour tast
e in the organization mouth to get traded? I can’t believe this.”
