Doncic believes this is an important offseason for the Lakers as they try to
build a championship contender around him.

"I think it is very important. I think every summer is very important. And I
think this one is a little more important as well. Having a good team, good

When asked what type of players best maximize his potential, Doncic said the
Lakers need shooters and athletic centers around him.

me a lot, so I think I need shooters. And some centers who can jump a lot and
