Breaking: The NBA's Board of Governors has passed new anti-tanking rules that in
clude expanding the draft lottery from 14 to 16 teams, a relegation zone where t
he bottom 3 teams get penalized with lessened chances for the No. 1 pick, and fl
attened odds, sources tell ESPN.

就是變成完全靠賽制度 機率算下來大家都差不多真爛隊會蹲更久 但是對大多數球隊有利 所以這制度會過也不意外 如果老八再抽個狀元真的會超爽爵士會崛起也只是預測而已 真的要爬到肯定不會有簽抽的前六也挺困難的

不只爛隊翻不了身，會讓本季有主力受傷的強隊“自願”的待在4-10，這樣有比較好？這樣輕輕鬆鬆有3顆球，還不用故意擺爛到令人髮指
