Atlanta and Kansas City are finalizing a trade that will send center-field
prospect Drew Waters, right-handed pitching prospect Andrew Hoffmann and a
third minor leaguer to the Royals for the 35th pick in Sunday's draft, which
has a $2.2 million slot value, sources tell ESPN.
皇家用今年選秀#35簽跟勇士換到Drew Waters、Andrew Hoffman跟第三名球員
Waters在官網排名勇士農場第一，Hoffman則是23
原則上MLB選秀簽是不能交易的，但競爭平衡簽(competitive balance pick)是例外
這個簽位價值2.2M左右，使得勇士有更多的簽約金額度可以運用
勇士會交易這個簽也很可能代表他們已經跟球員有協議
