【工作職缺】
IT Engineer (contractor)
【工作內容】
◎All things related to the local IT infrastructure services – support and
manage BAU, maintenance, CSI, procurement, project\demand, vendor mgmt.,
budgeting, rollouts \ deployment, testing, training.. etc
◎IT in general – incident \ request high priority tickets & escalated items.
◎Office equipment – printers, fax, scanner, projector, VOIP ... Etc.
◎Be the expert / “go to person” for local key stake holders \ global key
touch point
◎Team management.
◎User\ business engagement
【徵求條件】

1.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in an IT or associated technical
role with experience supporting Office IT environment
2.Leadership experience – managing a small junior team.
3.Requirements to be hands on to manage and support
4.Good experience in dealing with network - Local Area Networks (LANs- wired
and Wi-Fi) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
5.Good experience with Windows & IPad client environment
6.General experience with enterprise environment, Windows operating systems,
DHCP, DNS, permission, Virtual environment - VMWare.
7.Deployment readiness (e.g., business cutover) – i.e. testing , roll outs
, project
8.Good experience performing continuous service improvement.
9.General knowledge of IT Security
10.Good verbal and written communication skills – English, traditional
mandarin. And client-facing skills.
11.Ability to draft executive level presentations and status reports.
12.Ability to listen and incorporate feedback into positive action items
13.Must be service-oriented.
14.Must be able to work independently, and as a team, and able to
collaborate effectively.
15.Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, and be
on standby when necessary.
16.Develop users guide \ translation.
17.Responsible for training users on basic use of the services, new
functionality, etc.
