至少從1979美國為了拉攏中國共產黨 把中華民國賣掉以後
歷任美國總統 與 美國國務院 或美國政府其他部門
從來沒說台灣是盟國
就連某些智商堪憂的族群雀躍不已的Indo-Pacific Strategy Report(2019)
裡面提到台灣 也指稱台灣為strong partnership
