以下轉述翻譯者所認為的：
A. 任何試圖對中華台北奧會施加壓力以破壞1981年洛桑協議
B. 任何違反國際奧委會執行理事會決定的行為
C. 將被視為外力干涉
D. 可能導致中華台北奧委員會面臨國際奧委會所規定的反制措施（特別是
“奧林匹克憲章”規則第27.9條）
重點來了, 如果台灣想避免被國際奧會視為”外力干涉”, 除了要避免條件A成立之外,
還得避免條件B成立! 我觀察到幾乎網友一面倒的討論如何避免條件A成立 (例如"懇請"
而不"命令"中華台北奧會"提申請以符合"不施加壓力"等等), 但我觀察到絕大多數網友對
條件B視而不見!
但國際奧會在這封公文最最想釐清的論點就是「任何違反國際奧委會執行理事會決定的行為, 將被視為外力干涉」, 這不是我的解釋, 這是明明白白、白紙黑字寫在它英文信裡的句子。我想規避省略都不可能, 但為何絕大多數網友對條件B視而不見? 我實在不懂

小弟不才，英文不是很好，但想問的問題是
為什麼這裡的條件句不是翻譯成：
任何試圖對中華台北奧會施加壓力而去
A:破壞1981年洛桑協議
B:及/或任何違反國際奧委會執行理事會決定的行為
如果是這樣翻譯，前提還是「對中華台北奧會施加壓力」，
讓他（中華台北奧會）去做A及/或B的事情，
而非「公投本身（或是通過的結果）」就是屬於B事項。
問了一下美國朋友（純正的美國人，不是出生台北而有雙重國籍的人）
他的回答是：
The way I understand it they are saying the referendum is pressuring
the CTOC to violate the 1981 agreement and the recent IOC decision
about Taiwan's participation. referendum passage could trigger political action
by the government to pressure the CTOC to change the name and violate both the
original agreement and the decision of the IOC.
The 公投 may count as a "political pressure". As long as the 公投 does not
interfere with the CTOC independence then it should not trigger a response
from the IOC.
If the referendum resulted in a law that required the CTOC to use the Taiwan
name, then that could trigger suspension by the IOC.
Basically if the referendum passes and the CTOC does nothing
and politicians don't force it to do anything,
then it shouldn't result in suspension.
重點還是在政府有沒有對中華台北奧會施加壓力吧（雖然認定的人還是IOC）
不過應該不是本文翻譯者說的，「公投本身（或是通過的結果）」就是違反IOC的決定
