You are not istall the latest Traditional Chinese Language Pack
or Regin and Language setting is other language
That can't display and key in the chinese word
If You are using Windows
Go to Contel Panel→Windows Update
Then chick Check update
Download the latest Traditional Chinese Language Pack
then check the Regin and Language
be sure that
Format Setting is Chinese (Traditional Taiwan)
Location setting is Taiwan
Non-Unicode Program setting is Chinese (Traditional Taiwan)
Check Input Method has add New Phonetic IME version 6.0 or 2010
這樣你就可以打出中文字了
不過既然你會英文
就繼續用英文好了
這樣如果說要把到歪國人還蠻方便der

像我英檢初級也考了好幾次才過
都死在口說的部份
